Agent-experience testing

See your product the way an AI agent does.

Agents now shop and book for real customers. When one can’t work out your checkout you lose the sale silently, no bounce, no rage-click, nothing in your analytics. We send one through your product and show you exactly where it gave up.

The blind spot

Heatmaps, session recordings, and usability tests all read human signals, cursor movement, scroll depth, rage clicks. An agent produces none of them. It reads your page structure, decides, and leaves. Your analytics record a visit that went nowhere.

Why checklists miss it

“Agent readiness” scanners check whether a file exists and whether your HTML is semantic. Useful, and not the same thing. A site can pass every check and still leave an agent circling a button that does nothing. The only way to know is to run the task.

The evidence

See where it broke, on the page itself

Markers sit on the page the agent actually saw, badged with how many times it tried a control before giving up. Click one to read its reasoning at each attempt.

7 tries on one control before the agent gave up.

The verdict

One number, and the arithmetic behind it

A clean finish counts fully, a detour partly, a failure nothing, averaged across repeated attempts. No weighting you can't see, no score you take on faith.

Getting started

Not sure what to test? It reads your site and tells you

Enter your address and it opens your homepage the way an agent would, then proposes the tasks whose failure would cost you most, labelled by whether that cost is revenue, support, discovery, or trust.

What you get

Not a one-time audit, a system that keeps you agent-ready

Real models

Tested by the agents that actually visit

The same models behind ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini attempt your tasks. Where they disagree is itself a finding a checklist could never surface.

Monitoring

It watches, and tells you the day it breaks

Re-runs on a schedule and alerts you the moment a flow regresses. A broken checkout is caught the day it happens, not in next quarter's numbers.

Fix-it

Not just what's wrong, the fix

Every finding comes with the change to make: the exact schema, ARIA, or copy to paste. Diagnosis that hands back the work, with evidence for each claim.

CI gate

Fail the build before it ships

An API and a CI check that block a deploy when agent-readiness drops below your bar. Agent-readiness becomes a test you pass, not a hope.

Competitive

Know if a rival pulls ahead

Run the same tasks against a competitor and see whose site an agent completes more reliably, and get alerted the day they overtake you.

Certification

Prove you're Agent-Ready

Clear the bar and earn a renewable Agent-Ready mark, re-verified as your product and the models change, so it means you still work, not that you once did.

Trust

Evidence, not opinion

Findings are detected mechanically from what the agent did, then explained, so a score can always be traced back to the turn that earned it. Nothing is invented.

Consent-first, and private

We test only sites you own or are authorized to test; agents identify themselves honestly. Your data is encrypted and scoped to your workspace. See our privacy policy.
